I'd describe my personality as nurturing, attentive, and safety focused, with a creative and engaging approach to caring for children. I genuinely enjoy building trust with kids, paying attention to their routines, emotions, and little milestones. Caregiving has always been central to my background, which is what draws me to nanny and babysitting work. My experience in healthcare and special needs support, including assisting military families with autism services, has strengthened my ability to stay calm under pressure, notice subtle cues, and adapt my approach to each child's needs. I'm also a mom, which has deepened my understanding of child development, routines, and the importance of consistency and follow through. In my free time, I enjoy exploring new places, outdoor activities, museums, and kid friendly experiences. I bring warmth, professionalism, and genuine care to their home, and to treat their children with the same attention and respect I give my own.
