About Tatyana

Tatyana worked with our family full-time for a year, taking care of our son N from when he was a baby until he was almost two. My husband works outside the home and I work remotely, so she was fully responsible for his daily care — and we trusted her completely. Taty is professional, organized, and very experienced. But what really makes her special is her energy. She is calm, peaceful, patient, and always smiling. That kind of presence matters so much with little ones, and N absolutely adored her. They built such a sweet bond — they were truly besties. She doesn’t just “watch” kids. She genuinely cares about their development and happiness. She was proactive about activities, often bringing her own arts and crafts ideas, introducing new games, and keeping him engaged in meaningful play. It was clear she has a real heart for children. Since I work from home, it was important to have someone who was easy to share space with — and Taty was wonderful in that sense. She brought a calm, positive presence into our home. She was also great with our dogs (who loved her), which says a lot about her kind nature. The only reason we stopped working together was because we decided to enroll N in daycare for socialization once he turned two. It had nothing to do with her performance — our experience with her was truly amazing. Any family would be lucky to have Taty.
