About Tatyana

I've always had a passion for working with children, and the opportunity to positively impact their lives is what drives me to be a dedicated childcare provider. With years of experience (helping my siblings) under my belt, I'm eager to support families and provide a reliable childcare option for them, having witnessed firsthand the challenges my mother faced when I was a child. Being the oldest of four has taught me to have patience while having a creative and productive spirit. This will help me connect with children on a deeper level and give them the support they may need within different situations. Also, I understand the importance of open communication with parents and adapt my style to their preferred method, whether it's verbal communication during pickup or regular updates via text or phone call. Lastly, when it comes to enforcing household rules, I firmly believe in following the parents' lead, as they know what's best for their children. JU' class of 2028
