About Tatum

Nurturing children's growth is my passion. For the past three years, I've dedicated myself to providing enriching care. I've worked in KS at a after school program, Spring River Mental Health & Wellness; Parsons State Hospital as a MHDDT, and a RBT; and Now I currently work at an Elementary school in Raytown where I work directly with the SPED Program. My approach is patient and imaginative, creating a fun and supportive environment, but also balancing rules and respect for your household routine. I'm comfortable caring for more than one child at a time, all past and current jobs require my attention being stretched to multiple children at once. I'll make sure to prioritize clear communication with you, using your preferred method for daily updates or addressing any concerns. As long as it does not conflict with my current day job (M-F 8:30am-4:20pm) I have very flexible hours, especially on the weekends! Please feel free to ask any questions!
