My husband and I just welcomed a little girl into this world in December. At this time I am going to stay at home with our daughter, but would like to help care for another child as well! Tatum is the most amazing hire you could make! We had her watch our son from the time he was 4 months old until he was 17 months. With her schedule change, she had to move onto a lighter schedule and will be greatly missed. I had such peace of mind going back to work after 4 months off and that was due to Tatum. She so genuinely cares for our son and has become part of our family. She is respectful, plays & interacts with our son, talks to him all day so that he is getting the interaction he needs for development, isn't distracted by her phone or TV, reliable, clean, and overall- amazing. She willing helps out by doing household tasks while I'm away at work and while our son is napping. We will continue to have Tatum come over for date nights so we can keep our relationship- we couldn't completely accept parting ways! ;) Hiring Tatum will be the best decision you can make for your family! Hands down couldn't recommend her more and we are so grateful for our 13 months with her!
