I hold a Senior Fitness Specialist certificate through my personal training career. Where I have worked with seniors one on one to ages up to 90 years old. I also have my CPR Training certification to ensure your loved one remains safe at all times. I am dedicated to making a positive impact by providing a compassionate relationship and ensuring my clients needs are met. I pride myself on adapting quickly to changing routines or unexpected challenges. My primary goal is to create a comfortable, nurturing environment where your loved one feels truly at home.
