About Tatum

I've always been naturally drawn to caregiving and supporting others. Over the years, I've become a trusted babysitter for both high-profile families and families throughout the Valley, working with kids of all ages and different needs. I spent a year in Germany as an au pair, which really helped me grow in adaptability, flexibility, and patience. It also gave me a deeper understanding of children and how to meet them where they're at. More recently, working closely with a child with special needs really inspired me to continue learning and expanding my ability to provide thoughtful, individualized care. Care has always been a big part of my life, my first job was in senior living as a waitress, and I still stay involved by volunteering in senior care through respite support and transportation. I truly enjoy building meaningful connections and showing up as someone families can rely on.
