Tati was our full-time nanny, caring for our infant from the time he was 3 months to just over a year old. She was incredible with him and put us at ease from day 1. She proactively led us through all of his big transitions and was very active and engaged with him all day (we were working from home most of the time). She also did a great job caring for our 3 and 5 year olds when they were home from school in the late afternoons and made them healthy dinners (we loved how health conscious she is). She knows a TON about how to take care of moms post-partum and babies. We learned a lot from her even though this was our third child and we really wish we would have met her when we had our first. She truly became a member of our family and we trust her 100%. Had we not moved out of state, we would have tried to keep her forever!
