I am an experienced provider, and I'm passionate about helping children learn and grow. I have experience caring for children of all ages, but I specialize in caring for toddlers and preschoolers. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I love coming up with new and exciting ways to engage with children. I also have a strong understanding of child development, and I know how to create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and play. I believe that communication is key in any relationship, and I make sure to keep parents updated on their child's day. I also welcome any feedback or concerns that parents may have, and I work hard to address them. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules, and I believe that it's important to set limits for children. However, I also believe in being respectful and understanding, and I always try to find positive ways to redirect children's behavior.
