My name is Tatiana, and I'm a loving, patient, dependable, and creative caregiver with over 10 years of professional work experience, including experience in early childhood education and learning centers. I come from a big family, so caring for children has always been a natural part of my life. Over the past four years, I stepped away from my professional career to focus on raising my own children, which has given me an even deeper understanding of children's needs, developmental milestones, and the importance of providing a safe, nurturing environment. I believe in leading with kindness, patience, understanding, and positive reinforcement while maintaining a safe and structured environment.
