Over the past 16 years, I've provided paid, hands-on caregiving for children with diverse needs, developing exceptional patience, compassion, and the ability to adapt to each child's unique personality and routines. I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun. I enjoy planning age-appropriate activities, encouraging creativity, helping with homework, preparing simple meals, and maintaining consistent routines. I'm dependable, attentive, and believe that open communication with parents is essential so families always have peace of mind while their children are in my care. I am fluent in English and Spanish and am happy to assist with light housekeeping related to the children.
