About Tate

I've worked with kids at both day and sleep away summer camps. I'm experienced with a range of ages and am comfortable with multiple kids at once. For the last two years I worked at an equestrian summer camp, where 3 of my teammates and I oversaw a group of 6-13-year-olds. From teaching lessons about tack and horse care, to directing them through their own obstacle courses in the saddle, I had so much fun helping these kids find their passion for riding. I was also a counselor for Upper Arlingtons 6th grade camp. As a lover of the outdoors this was an amazing experience and I had the best time with the kids. This past summer I was a counselor for the City of Upper Arlington at Barrington Elementary summer day camp. I worked full time and was with the kids all day, from playing games in the morning to taking them to the pool in the afternoon, I had so much fun connecting with them every day.
