For three years I worked as a caregiver, supporting clients with their daily living needs while promoting dignity and independence. I assisted with personal hygiene, grooming, meal preparation, and medication reminders. I also provided mobility support, transportation to appointments, and light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment. Beyond physical care, I offered companionship and emotional support, building strong and trusting relationships with those I cared for. This role taught me patience, empathy, and adaptability, while strengthening my communication and problem-solving skills.
