Hi! My name is Tate. I am currently completing my final graduate internship at a hospital in Grand Rapids and will be earning my Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology in May. I also hold a Bachelor's degree from Baylor University (May 2024). I have extensive experience caring for children of all ages, from newborns through school-age, including both typically developing children and children with special needs. My background includes working as a camp counselor for children with disabilities, nannying children with autism, and nannying typically developing children. I am comfortable supporting children who are verbal, nonverbal, or use AAC/communication devices. I am CPR/First Aid certified and would describe myself as reliable, patient, creative, and engaging. I am currently seeking a weeknight and/or weekend position in the Grand Rapids area. I am also interested in a full-time nanny position starting April 18th. I look forward to hearing from you!
