I have experience with toddlers who are autistic and children have an Attention disorder(ADHD). In my experience of caring these children, I worked in a preschool where there were no specific classes for special needs. All the children were blended together in one room. That was the most difficult experience, especially in the toddler class because the other children do not understand what makes their friend different from them. As a childcare provider I made it my job to teach the other children to accept all friends no matter how different they are. I also found things that the children who have special needs that would keep their attention long enough to still teach them the curriculum.
