I've really enjoy taking care of children from birth, so they can bond with me. I once took care of a little girl from birth to 6 years old. 
I enjoy interacting with kids. I also have 2 boys of my own. I have been taking care of infants, twins, toddlers, and school-age kids for over 25 years..

Ms Tashika is truly special. When she was around our newborn she was calm and cuddly. As soon as she held our newborn she’d fall asleep! She went out her way to provide us up to date paperwork for her vaccines and certifications. She was always on time and very responsive. Any family would be lucky to have her.

Ms Tashika was great with my kids!! She took care of them for the last six months on the weekends. They went to the park, zoo, museum, and the mall sometimes. She also cooked for them and baked with my girls!!! I would recommend Ms. Tashika to care for any family.

During the vetting process she was very rude. I did a run down of the job description and mentioned IF during downtime while baby asleep check and wash the pet bowls occasionally. And that we do not want phone usage when caring for baby and she immediately got rude saying that she can use her phone if she wants to when she go nothing to do and doesn’t want to do anything extra with pets. She refused payroll saying it’s too much paperwork and seems to only want it’ll sit around and get paid. 

Over the past seven months, Ms. Tashika has been an exceptional caregiver for my son, providing consistent care during both morning and evening hours. Her warm, nurturing presence has earned his trust, and her calm, patient demeanor brings a sense of ease and stability to our home.

One of the most memorable examples of her dedication was when she accompanied us to a professional conference. In a completely new setting, she seamlessly maintained my son's routine, giving him comfort and familiarity while allowing me to focus fully on my work. She regularly takes him on walks, encouraging his curiosity and connection with the world around him. She also played a vital role in helping him learn to walk, making it a personal mission to ensure he reached that important milestone before the end of her contract. She’s even taught him how to say “thank you,” showing how she nurtures his development with intention and care.

Ms. Tashika communicates clearly, manages routines with care, and always prioritizes my son’s well-being. Her presence has made a meaningful difference in our lives, and I am deeply grateful for the peace of mind and support she provides.

Tashika was our twins nanny for almost 1.5 years. She started when the twins were 4 months old. Our personal situation changed and so we had to part ways. She kept the twins safe and followed our daily schedule--feedings/snacks,etc. She took them on walks and to a toddler play class each week. We wish her and her new family all the best. 

Mrs. T as we affectionately call her took care of our baby girl from 3mo to 6mo of age. She was the best care giver to our daughter and to us as first time parents. We unfortunately had to move and wished we could have had her come with us. We continue to keep in contact with her as she became a part of our family. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a reliable, safe and excellent individual to take care of your child or children. 

Tashika was amazing with our girls. She treated them like her own and we truly enjoyed having her in our home.

We invited Tashika into our family when my wife's health prevented her from being able to take care of the children without assistance and we are have been so appreciative of Tashika's help! She's become like part of the family and has done an excellent job taking care of the kids. She's come up with cute crafts to do with my eldest daughter and has done a great job managing my son's complicated food allergies. Tashika is great at answering right away! Extensive experience and truly cares about the children she cares for. She's still close with several families she has nannied with which is a testimony to how great she is with her "nanny babies" (as she calls them).

Tashika is very caring and responsible. Our daughter went along with her very well during the month with her. She was in the age developing her language and Tashika talked with her a lot which I thought was great stimulus for her development. We had the joy of interviewing Tashika. She is an experienced childcare provider prepared with references and a developed curriculum built around family. She arrived on time with necessary PPE and interacted well with our children. We ended up hiring a friend of the family, but would welcome Tashika back in our home to watch our children if the opportunity presented itself.

I recently had the pleasure of interviewing Tashika for a nanny position. She arrived 5 minutes early and had printed references and certifications available for me. She seemed very loving, dependable, and trustworthy. You could genuinely tell children are her passion. In the end, I enrolled my son in Montessori school, but I  will contact Tashika for any future occasions.

Tashika has cared for our 4 month and 2 year old. We interviewed and she was hired. She was punctual for both and has great communication with parents. She's loving and caring with our kids and she send pictures of them to us while we're gone - which I love! She's definitely going to be a regular sitter for us. 

Tashika arrived five minutes early for her interview, printed references in hand. She was very professional, trustworthy and appeared to genuinely love the children she had cared for in the past. Ultimately, I hired another nanny who's child made a great friend for my toddler, but Tashika will be the first person I call if I ever need a replacement. 

Despite going with a family friend for our caretaker, we did have the pleasure of interviewing Tashika. She was on time, very professional and was well prepared with a copy of here references. It immediately felt like it would be seamless to incorporate her in to our family. She promotes communication, and she clearly is very experienced with all ages of babies and children. We adored her and truly feel that any family that hires her will be blessed to have her.
