About Tashanna

I am currently a student in a birth and postpartum doula training program and will be graduating in the next couple of weeks. This training has strengthened my passion for walking alongside mothers as they navigate the physical, emotional, and mental changes that come with bringing new life into the world. I have learned how important it is to listen without judgment, advocate for resources, and meet people where they are. In addition to my professional experience, I bring the perspective of a mother. Raising a teenager has given me years of hands-on parenting experience and a deep understanding that motherhood does not come with a manual. I am passionate about creating a safe and nurturing space for mothers to rest, heal, and build confidence in their new helping families adjust to new routines, sharing evidence-based resources, or simply being a calm and steady presence.
