I am an experienced CNA/Dialysis Technician with over 20 years of experience. I'm offering in-home care for adults needing special care. I provide quality nursing care to residents by providing individualized attention to attain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial, assist patients with personal hygiene and grooming, assist with medication, taking client to doctor appointments. I assist with patient assessment and care planning. I check and record vital signs, measure height and weight, report and record observations of patients' conditions, collect specimens, observe patient response to care, assist patients in meeting nutrition and elimination needs, transferring patient to chair with or without Hoyer or stand up lift.
