About Taryn

I like working with kids because I love it. I enjoy being able to help create a good environment for kids to feel comfortable, safe and most importantly loved and cared for. I'm looking for a job that is good and flexible. I'm open minded to anything that a family needs to help them. I'm looking for a family who needs help but also able to be flexible since I start school in late August. I started working with kids when I was 15, I babysat. I also helped with a local special needs baseball team with helping assistance. In my spare time, I like reading, relaxing at home or going on an adventure. My skills include patience, creativity and problem solving. I'm able to sit there and figure out what the issue/problem is without getting frustrated. With creativity, I'm able to come up with fun ideas that's able to keep kids engaged. For problem solving, I like to help guide them through their feelings so that we can come up with a solution together.
