About Taryn

I've been working as a childcare provider for the past five years, and I'm passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and supporting families. I'm known for my friendly and approachable personality, and I'm always looking for ways to engage children in fun and educational activities. I'm very comfortable communicating with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise, and I follow their preferred communication method. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring that children are safe and well-cared for. In my free time, I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I'm also a skilled swimmer and would love to teach your children how to swim! I am also working towards my college degree in educational studies! By completing one more class through IvyTech, I hope to earn my teaching license this fall!
