About Taryn

I am a certified K-6 educator with an Exceptional Student Education (ESE) certification and a reading endorsement, bringing over eight years of classroom experience. My teaching background includes kindergarten and ESE settings across grades K-5, where I have supported a wide range of learners with diverse academic and developmental needs. I am passionate about creating a supportive, student-centered learning environment where each child feels seen, valued, and capable. I specialize in early literacy and foundational reading skills, helping young learners build confidence and strong reading habits. In addition, I provide math support through 5th grade, focusing on building conceptual understanding and problem solving skills. My approach goes beyond academics. I strive to connect with each student, nurturing both their educational growth and emotional well-being. I am committed to helping every child reach their full potential and become their best, most confident self.
