About Taryn

Hello, I'm Taryn! Im currently 20 years old and I love working with kids. I have experience working as a lead teacher in a montessori school with the 12-18 month age group. I am able to create developmentally appropriate activities that promote fine motor skills, language development , and sensory processing. I am experienced with diaper changing, feeding, and following a routine. I hope to establish trust and respect from children in my care and most importantly meet all of their needs! I'd describe my personality as patient, dependable, and cheerful! I find joy in taking care of kids and babies because it offers a chance to make a meaningful impact and build inspiring relationships.
