Hello! My name is Tarsha, and I have over 30 years of childcare experience. As a mother of four and former owner of an in-home daycare, I understand the importance of providing a safe, loving, and structured environment where children can learn and thrive. I enjoy reading, crafts, educational games, and helping children reach developmental milestones. I also have 17 years of experience supporting adults with special needs, which strengthened my patience, compassion, and adaptability. I'm experienced with infants and toddlers, comfortable preparing meals, enforcing household rules with kindness, and maintaining a clean, organized home. I was previously CPR and First Aid certified and am renewing my certifications. I'm dependable, caring, trustworthy, and dedicated to giving families peace of mind while providing excellent care for their children.
