About Tara

I have experience working as a senior health care provider, where I assisted older adults with their daily needs to help them live comfortably and safely. My duties included helping with bathing, dressing, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and preparing meals based on dietary needs. I also provided companionship--reading, talking, or going for walks to keep them engaged. I'm patient, gentle, and always try to treat every senior with dignity and respect. In some cases, I worked with clients with conditions like dementia or mobility issues, so I've learned how to adapt and stay calm in different situations.
