About Tara

Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is what drives me as a Certified Home Health Aide with five years of experience, including those living with Alzheimer's and dementia. In my previous roles I have assisted with feeding, toileting, mobility assistance, transportation, run errands, handle light housekeeping, preparing meals and medication management. In addition I have provided compassionate end-of-life care focusing on dignity comfort and respect. I'm 54 years old, hold a graduate degree and am certified in CPR and First Aid. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I'am eager to support your loved ones and provide you with reliable care and consistency.
