About Tara

Hi, I'm Tara. Friends will describe me as patient, adaptable and communicative, with a calm energy and creative heart. While I'm not historically a professional nannie, I'm a hands-on mom and a natural caregiver who understands how important it is to feel safe and supported. In my free time, I practice Brazilian Jiujitsu and create art, both of which helped me bring structure, imagination and mindfulness to the way I engage with kids. Whether it's creative, play, jumped on guidance, or just being a steady presence, I show up with care and intention. I may have my 8-year-old daughter with me during summer hours. She's friendly, well behaved, and often a great playmate for other children.
