About Tara

Hi, my name is Tara! I provide senior companion care and have experience in assisting those living with dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, and other age-related conditions. My focus is always on creating a safe, positive, and uplifting environment where seniors feel respected and valued. I am a licensed massage therapist and graduate of Healing Mountain Massage School in Salt Lake City, Utah (licensed since 2013). I'm also trained in fitness and nutrition through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and I hold an EMT license in Michigan with prior experience at Huron Valley Ambulance. While my role as a companion does not involve medical treatment, my training gives me an added level of awareness and confidence in care. I'm an Air Force veteran with an honorable discharge, a proud mom of two grown children, comfortable with pets, and a non-smoker. Families can count on me to be compassionate, reliable, and dedicated.
