With over 3 years of hands-on elder care experience, I specialize in supporting individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, and diabetes. I voraciously believe in helping people maintain their dignity and as much independence as physically possible while also being supportive; ensuring care is always both respectful and empowering. My skills include medication management, meal planning for restrictive diets, diabetic care, and safe use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts. I create meaningful activities to keep clients engaged and connected, while honoring individual interests. In addition, I bring over 20 years of experience teaching yoga, Pilates, and dance. My background in holistic living allows me to integrate gentle movement, breath work, and wellness practices into daily care, supporting not only physical health, but also emotional balance and joy.
