About Tara

Hi! Here's a little about me: I have extensive experience in childcare. From 1998 to 2003, I worked as a teacher, and from 2003 to 2007, I was promoted to Director at a childcare center and earned a certificate in early childhood education. Most recently, I spent 12 years as a school bus driver for a school district and currently work as a substitute teacher. I've been certified in CPR and First Aid multiple times, and my federal and state background checks, fingerprinting, are updated annually. I recently graduated from SHSU with a B. S. in Criminal Justice/Victim Studies. I have a reliable car and a clean driving record with no citations or accidents. I'm kind, fun, patient, and love working with children of all ages. Babysitting is something I genuinely enjoy, and I always strive to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for kids.
