Tara came highly recommended from references & seemed great from the phone call interview and text message correspondence. When it came time to check in before the first day of our mutually agreed upon time, there was a lot of confusion on dates & times we had discussed prior. We confirmed the time the night prior for a 9am start time the next day. She did not show up the next morning after confirming and did not text until 12:30 pm stating overslept. Very disappointing & unprofessional.
