About Tara

I am currently working toward my nursing degree and have four years of caregiving experience, including memory care and end of life transitioning. In addition to my hands on experience, I am CPR certified and have completed formal nursing skills training. My mom is also a caregiver with over 20 years of experience. We often work as a team to offer flexible scheduling and reliable coverage. She lives in South Lake Tahoe and I am based in Reno. We each travel up to an hour to care for our clients, including during the winter months. We work closely with each client and their family to create personalized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences. We provide assistance with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, grocery shopping, transportation, companionship, medication management, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping.
