About Tara

I've been a devoted animal lover my entire life. Growing up on a farm, I was surrounded by cats, Golden Retrievers, and high-energy German Wirehaired Pointers. That experience taught me the importance of exercise-especially for active hunting breeds who need plenty of physical and mental stimulation. Most recently, I spent 12 wonderful years as a pet parent to my own rescue Chiweenie, who passed away last year. Caring for her through her senior years gave me a deep patience for older pets and those with special needs. Beyond my own pets, I've always been the go-to person for friends and family when they need a trusted sitter. I understand your pets are family. Whether it's a high-energy hike, gentle cuddles for a senior, or administering medication, I approach every booking with compassion. I am punctual, reliable, and always prepared for any emergency. I offer pet sitting, walking, feeding, and medicine administration. I can't wait to meet you and your fur babies!
