The provider was pleasant and willing to accommodate a flexible schedule prior to service. However, she became aggressive with the price and demanded reimbursement for cleaning supplies, asked for 200% over the calculated range on care.com, which at the moment I was hard-pressed for time so I agreed. The service itself was horrible, was extremely unhappy since I had to teach how to perform all cleaning tasks while working from home, left spilled bleach water in the living room which caused my wooden tiles to rise, didn't clean the tubs, and left soil supplies scattered around the house. As far as pet care, we agreed for 30 min walk and only provided 15. Overall, the worst experience from care.com yet and money down the drain.
