I'm a professional music educator with 10+ years of experience working with children and families, including an autism clinic and my private piano studio. I bring warmth, creativity, structure, and judgment to caregiving and enjoy getting to know children as individuals. I'm also experienced in family-assistant and household-management work, including meal prep, dietary needs, organization, errands, schedules, and household support. I'm selective about the households I work with. I view caregiving and household support as skilled professional work and only work with families who regard it with the same respect. I'm looking for emotionally intelligent, educated, kind people who value clear communication, reliability, mutual consideration, and respect for agreed-upon hours and responsibilities. I'm happy to be flexible when flexibility is mutual and not when it means unlimited availability or expanding duties without discussion. I'm seeking a thoughtful, respectful, long-term role.
