About Tara

Hello! I'm Tara and I'm a graduate student looking for some part-time babysitting and tutoring work. I am from a small town outside of LA and I was raised in a family of educators. My mom is an elementary school teacher and for as long as I can remember, she volunteered me to babysit and tutor her students and her coworkers' kids. When I graduated college, I worked as an instructor at an elementary outdoor science camp, where I'd have 20+ kids under 11 in my care. During COVID, I spent 4 months nannying two toddlers full-time, but I've babysat and tutored kids ranging in age from newborns to 12 years old. I have basic First Aid, Wilderness First Aid, and CPR training. I also have an Epi-Pen certification. I love to be outside, watch movies, bake, and I look forward to meeting you and your kids!
