About Tara

I'd describe my personality as patient, conscientious and deeply empathic with others. I like caring for seniors because I genuinely enjoy getting to know them, spending time with them. I am passionate about caring for them and making their lives as comfortable as possible. I'm looking for a job that has a balanced schedule, clients I enjoy working with, reasonable compensation. Something I enjoy doing. I started caring for seniors when my great aunt was getting older. I remembered her care taker as a member of our family for years. I miss my great aunt. I have also been volunteering at Ashby Village, that supports seniors staying in their homes. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family. I enjoy walking, dancing, and playing tennis. I am a tutor for an adult learner learning ESL. One thing you should know about me is I'm not afraid to take on difficult challenges. My skills include walking/exercise (creating more movement), medication, companionship.
