About Tara

Hi! I'm Tara, the gal who will stop everything if I see your dog in public just to ask if I can give them some pets. I've loved dogs my entire life. I grew up with Golden Retrievers and helped take both through puppy obedience classes, where I learned the importance of positive reinforcement, something I still strongly believe in today. I've had four dogs of my own who have since crossed the rainbow bridge, including most recently my beloved Redtick Coonhound, Clyde. We've also recently adopted a wonderful 7-year-old English Cream Golden Retriever. I love dogs of all breeds and sizes and have also volunteered as a dog walker at the Spokane Humane Society. I'm active, love being outdoors, and genuinely enjoy giving dogs the exercise, attention, and affection they need. I know how hard it can be to trust someone new with your dog, so I'm always happy to meet beforehand and make sure everyone feels comfortable. I'm here to make your life easier and love on your pup like my own!
