About Tara

Hello! My name is Tara. I am 33 years old, engaged to be married, and dog mom to 2 rescue chihuahuas. I have many years of experience as a dog owner, and about 4-5 years of paid experience caring for dogs. I have grown up around dogs my whole life, and caring for them and loving them is something I take very seriously. I like working with animals because they bring so much joy to myself and to others. It is highly rewarding to gain the trust of animals and help them feel safe, secure, and cared for. I'm looking for a job that is either short term or long term, depending on the situation. I am interested in dog walking, as I really enjoy getting out and exercising with dogs. I realize that the Texas heat cannot always allow for this. In my spare time, I like to read, bake sourdough bread, spend time with my own rescue dogs, and travel to see friends and family.
