About Tara

Hi! My name is Tara, and I am a 2nd year resident physician looking for extra hours either tutoring or babysitting when I'm not working in the hospital. I currently tutor for two students helping with algebra, geometry, and time management/study skills. In college, I was a tutor for bio-organic chemistry and physics, but I am comfortable teaching most science classes, math up to precalculus, and English. I can also help with college applications and essay writing. I have 10+ years of nannying/in home caregiving experience. I have a reliable car for transportation and a clean driving record. I have babysat/nannied for 20+ families with children varying from newborns - 16 years old. I was a full time nanny for a 3 and 5-year-old for over a year before starting medical school. I have experience with twins, special needs children, visual impairments, elder care, pet care and overnight care. I am CPR/ACLS certified and have background checks/FBI fingerprinting.
