About Tara

Hi, I'm Tara, and I bring over 10 years of hands-on experience supporting and nurturing children across a range of ages and abilities. I'm passionate about blending personal creativity, patience, and a thoughtfully designed, creative curriculum to help each child grow emotionally, socially, and academically. I love being outdoors and using nature-based activities to spark wonder and exploration, and I weave music into daily routines to encourage movement, language, and joyful learning. My two beloved pets-a cat named Calliope and a lizard named Bee-often inspire curiosity and gentle lessons about responsibility and care. I hold current CPR and First Aid certification, and child clearances are available upon request. I've also completed college coursework in early childhood education and special education, which informs my individualized, inclusive approach to planning engaging, developmentally appropriate experiences for every child.
