About Tara

I have been working as a mental health therapist for the past 5 years. This work included gaining training and experience working with ABA therapy, Strength based family therapy, and CBT. My job titles included Family Based Clinician, Parent Teen Mediator and Behavioral Consultant. Prior to my work as a therapist, I have had work experiences as a swim instructor, environmental educator, babysitter and Au Pair work in Paris, France. My time in France has put me at a proficient level of French. In addition to French, I speak Farsi and I am learning Spanish. I believe my work experiences make me a well rounded care-giver, who could apply her skills in working with your child. My hobbies include spending time outside, hiking, drawing, cooking, baking, crafting, painting, writing, longboarding, swimming and overall remaining active. I hope to get the opportunity to work with you and your family and hopefully leave a positive impact.
