No words!! Just horrible. I think care.com should do a better job at background checks before letting someone sign up for a nanny role. To put it simply, she wants a job where no one(even parents) are around her when she is taking care of a child with no cameras. Not sure who in their right mind will leave an infant completely unsupervised in the care of a non professional. Btw, even after saying yes; she ditched us literally just an hour before she was supposed to start. As a parent of a 6 month old, I would not recommend her to anyone ever. Advice to Tania is to find a different line of work.
