Also, I have 25 years experience in the medical field which ranges from Hospice, DD, Dementia, Alzheimer's, Home care, Hospital settings and Long Term Nursing. Tanya was a Godsend. She came in when my father was at his most needy and vulnerable state and she provided exceptional care in so many ways! She also created a feeling of levity in a very difficult set of circumstances. He ended up requiring way more care than we thought he would at first, and she was there every step of the way. He came to see her as a second daughter and she certainly saw him as a person worthy of respect and true love. Her medical/nursing knowledge was a huge plus, but her caring and loving and giving nature was the best thing for him. He had some difficult personality characteristics and she knew exactly how to reason with him, and when to back down as well. I highly recommend her!
