For over a decade, I've dedicated my career to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My journey began in life enrichment and activities within a skilled nursing facility, where I discovered the profound importance of home for aging individuals. I really got my roots into dementia and memory care, 1:1 work, all the team it takes for one person! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, I find fulfillment in providing comprehensive support, from cooking and cleaning to offering companionship and engaging in stimulating activities. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I'm known for my patient, compassionate, and friendly nature, and I prioritize understanding each person's unique preferences and history. I adapt to changing routines and handle challenges like confusion or agitation with a calm approach. I communicate with families using their preferred method, offering regular updates through written reports, texts, or phone calls.
