About Tanya

I'd describe my personality as kind, patient, and dedicated. I like tutoring because I enjoy working with students to help them meet their goals. Helping students learn while encouraging their personal growth is why I am passionate about teaching. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my own children, cook new things, and garden. One thing you should know about me is that I strive to make positive relationships that improve academic success. My skills include being patient, using real-life examples during instruction, and encouraging students to apply new information to make connections to previous knowledge.
