Tanya is our family's rock and has been an essential part of daughter J's happiness and development. Tanya started with our family when my daughter J turned 4mo and I went back to work. Now J is 2.5 and our work takes us away, otherwise we wouldn't let Tanya go! In the >2yrs full time she worked with us, Tanya was absolutely rock-solid reliable - literally did not miss 1 day or even show up late once! Unbelievable but true. Tanya supported us fully in some of our particular desires for our daughter - like cloth diapering, vegetarian living and no screen time. She also supported us as dual-working, regularly traveling parents - our house was always cleaner than we left it and she helped with laundry, groceries and errands. We love her high energy - she is always out doing activities w/ J. Our daughter has blossomed into the sweetest little girl spending her time with Tanya. The moment Tanya walks in the house in the morning, J runs over to hug Tanya and is quick to say goodbye to mom!
