I have over a year experience working with children of various ages who have autism. I implemented behavior plans by decreasing maladaptive behavior while increasing socially acceptable behaviors. I took data in all observable behavior to show progress. I have two children of my own and volunteered for five years at their preschool. I also have some experience being a nanny. I believe in a natural environment for children and encourage kids to be kids. I strive to make children feel empowered. I am mild mannered, enthusiastic and love to be silly. I have both doses of the covid vaccination. I am CPR and first aid certified. I am comfortable around pets and will do some household chores.

Tanya was a life saver! We just had a bad experience with a nanny that was unreliable and were very cautious of our next hire. She came highly recommended from trusted friends so we gave her a shot. She didn’t disappoint. She wasn’t late once out of the 6+ months she was with us. She also was excellent at communicated with us and took great initiative of how to entertain and teach our little one. She was creative and thoughtful in her approach. She is professional, very knowledgeable and gave us great advice on how to help our little one with various issues. I would strongly recommend her! Get her know before she gets booked because she is worth it. We are still looking to work with her occasionally but won’t need her full time any more due to schedule changes with our jobs
