About Tanisha

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With three years of experience supporting elementary through high school learners in Math, English, Business, and physical disciplines, I focus on building confidence rather than simple memorization. I assess your unique learning style by actively listening and observing how you engage with new material. To keep you motivated through difficult concepts, I encourage curiosity and critical thinking through interactive discussions. I believe clear communication creates the trust necessary for a successful partnership between student, parent, and tutor. Nothing is more rewarding than helping a student achieve a significant academic goal, such as reaching a new personal best on a test. I am eager to support your growth, whether we meet at your home, a library, or online, because I truly love seeing that "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks.
