About Tanika

Hello, my name is Tanika. I'm a registered nurse offering private, non-medical in-home support, including companionship, for individuals who need extra care and reassurance at home. My approach is calm, thoughtful, and relationship-centered. I focus on being a steady presence for clients while also supporting and guiding families during times that can feel overwhelming or uncertain. While I am an RN, I am not providing medical or skilled nursing care. My role is non-medical and includes companionship, assistance with daily routines, emotional support, and gentle guidance. I work with a limited number of families to ensure consistent, attentive care. I'm currently available Monday through Friday between 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. I believe care should feel respectful, reassuring, and human, and I value clear communication and trust with the families I support.
