BEWARE OF THIS PERSON. I would never recommend her to anyone. I was genuinely excited to hire her to help my family during a stressful time. I did a Zoom call with her, checked references, signed a contract, and really thought we found someone reliable. I was VERY wrong. She was scheduled and signed a contract to work 8 hours on Monday (was going to be reoccuring). The morning of, she last minute texted saying she will be arriving late and only staying 4 hours because she had another “arrangement.” This was never mentioned beforehand when I was asked to put a $50 dollar deposit down. I explained I had an important meeting and specifically asked her to arrive at 9:30am, which she told me she would. But then on Monday, she ignored that and said she would come at 10am during my important meeting. Huge red flag as that did not work for me to come late and leave early. Trying to give her the benefit of the doubt, we rescheduled for Thursday. I rearranged my entire work schedule to be available for her. On Thursday, she never showed up. No call, no text, no explanation. When I followed up kindly asking what her eta was, she completely ghosted me and blocked my number. To make matters worse, after dealing with all of this chaos, we discovered the deposit of $50 we gave her was still missing and she had our credit card information. I had to cancel our credit cards over concerns our information was compromised. This experience was stressful, unprofessional, and honestly shocking. Please be extremely careful before trusting this person in your home.
